How do I cancel my active subscription?

Cancellation information can be found in the email receipt you received at time of purchase.

Members using a creditcard (Mastercard or VISA) may cancel at any at http://www.vxsbill.com/content/cancel.php

You can always retrieve information about your purchase in the Customer Service area of the website in question. If you have problems cancelling your subscription please contact us and provide us with as much information as possible (user / pass / name / email address).
